What an unbelievable day we had on Saturday!  Steve took us out on Red Lake for some Walleye fishing.  Well, it was cold out there, but we caught dozens of fish!  We kept a bunch for a fish fry and let the rest swim back into Red Lake.  What a day!  I didn't see any other boats catch the kind of fish we did!  Steve, I just sent you a note booking our next trip!  See you in a couple weeks!

Steve brought us to a remote spot East of Emily Minnesota to Crappie fish.  There was ice on most of the lake but the channel into the lake was open.  After 5 minutes on the water we landed our first fish---a dandy Crappie.  After a couple hours  we had caught over 120 Crappies, keeping just enough for a great fish fry!  It was some of the best Crappie fishing I have ever experienced.  Fifty Lakes Guide Service did an excellent job for us!
